However, the most important assignment is to first become an effective manager of time - and time is money. This course offers a time management perspective for the operational manager, and will help identify organizational barriers and obstacles faced in daily operations. This program illustrates simple, practical techniques that have helped leading people in business become highly effective.

The techniques explained in this course help individuals become more productive, by showing them how to identify and focus on high-value activities and delegate projects of lesser importance, to develop an effective program for setting goals, monitor progress, and eliminate interruptions.
