Course Title: HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS
Location: On-site (at customer’s location)
Course Description:
In today’s global economy, how your team operates and performs is critical. How does your team perform? Are they performing at a high level...or are they stalled? Are there issues with trust or communications? Does each member of the team know what the goals are...and know what his/her role is in achieving those goals? Are you satisfied with your team’s level of commitment or do you want more?
This program will give managers, supervisors and team leaders the knowledge, tools and processes needed to create and sustain a high performance team using the Drexler Sibbet Team Performance Model. This course isn’t “teambuilding” in the traditional sense and it doen't use outdoor challenges or recognition tactics such as jackets, hats or incentives. This is a well crafted, proven model that follows 20-years of research and experience by Allen Drexler, Russ Forrester and David Sibbet...with hundreds of business teams all over the country.
During this course, you’ll discover where your team stands in terms of its development. You’ll chart the next steps for improving performance. You’ll be able to return to the team and draw out its strengths as well as the issues that are getting in the way, and learn to communicate to your team members regarding their purpose, roles & goals, and guide the team through predictable stages of development.
Upon completion of this course, participants will better be able to:

- Identify current stage of your team.

- Use course tools/processes to help their team achieve higher performance.
