Douglas Bianchi

PRESIDENT
Mr. Bianchi founded the Bianchi Group in 1996. He has 30-years of experience with heavy construction equipment and trucks in industries such as logging, construction, agriculture and highways. Doug specializes in heavy equipment safety & operations, excavation & trenching, rigging & hoisting, traffic control operations, training program assessment, training program design & development, and technical development. He has authored many industry programs and publications used both in-house and abroad. Doug serves as international consultant, expert witness and provides LITIGATION SUPPORT.

Barry Buchanan

VP TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Buchanan served in the US Navy as an avionics technician. He then worked at the Lockheed Missiles and Space Co. developing technical and training materials for shore-based and Trident Submarine personnel. Barry was the Managing Consultant for an international training firm where he developed and facilitated training programs and technical documentation for clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Georgia Pacific, Freightliner Trucks, the US Navy Strategic Weapons Training Program, Kimberly-Clark and Simpson Tacoma Kraft. Barry specializes in industrial safety, technical documentation and program development.

Garth Mix

ILLUSTRATOR / GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Garth is a welcome asset to the Bianchi Group bringing a vast background in graphic design and illustration. He works well with many mediums and can depict a diverse range of subjects and styles. His projects cover illustration & design in technical documentation for manufacturing, operations and training, which also include children's books, field guides, advertising, apparel, ID placards and commercial websites. Garth has proven to be invaluable to the company as well as its clients.

Douglas P. Bennion

DESKTOP PUBLISHER
Mr. Bennion comes to the Bianchi Group with an extensive background in publishing, illustration, graphic design, fine art and public education. Douglas has worked with clients from institutions of higher education, major corporations and prominent national organizations. He has produced original graphic content, as well as training and instructional materials for industry, the corporate sector and education.

Mike Sacco

TRAINING CONSULTANT
As the Operations Training Manager for the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), Mr. Sacco created and piloted the first comprehensive training program for operations employees. One of Mike’s specialties is helping trainers, professional or part time subject matter experts become better at training. His Train-the-Trainer classes have helped hundreds of men and women become more proficient at classroom and hands-on training. Mike is a specialist in team-building and training during leadership conference settings. As a trained facilitator, Mike is certified in the Drexler Sibbet Team Performance model.

William (Bill) Kershaw

SAFETY CONSULTANT
Mr. Kershaw specializes in safety consulting and training for aerial lifts, powered industrial trucks, rough terrain forklifts and fall protection. He has worked many phases of the industry for over 12 years including operations management. Bill has been trained by various manufacturers and brings a wealth of know-how to any training session. Bill's credentials include his OSHA certification as an authorized outreach instructor, enabling him to teach both the OSHA-10 and 30-hour safety courses for the construction industry. He is also a member of the American Association of Safety Engineers.
