Douglas
Bianchi
President doug@bianchi-group.com
Mr. Bianchi founded the Bianchi Group in 1996. He has over 25 years of
operational experience with heavy construction equipment and trucks in
industries such as logging, construction, agriculture and public
roadways. Doug specializes in heavy equipment operations, related
safety and operational issues, and has authored many industry training
programs and publications.
Yvonne
Bianchi

Ms. Bianchi has over 25 years of experience in the field of marketing
and public relations for both the private and public sectors. She most
recently held the position of President of a regional communications
firm, and is a regular guest speaker to marketing classes at Western
Washington University. Board chair of a regional state college, Yvonne
understands the needs of both private and public sector organizations.
Barry
Buchanan
VP Technical Development barry@bianchi-group.com
Mr. Buchannan served in the US Navy as an avionics technician. He then
worked at the Lockheed Missiles and Space Co. developing technical and
training materials for shore-based and Trident Submarine personnel.
Barry was the Managing Consultant for an international training firm
where he developed and facilitated training programs and technical
documentation for clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Georgia Pacific,
Freightliner Trucks, the US Navy Strategic Weapons Training Program,
Kimberly-Clark and Simpson Tacoma Kraft. Barry specializes in
industrial safety, technical documentation and program development.
William (Bill) Kershaw
Safety Consultant bill@bianchi-group.com
Mr. Kershaw specializes in safety consulting and training for aerial
lifts, powered industrial trucks, rough terrain forklifts and fall
protection. He has worked many
phases of the industry for over 12 years while involved in operations
management for a Northeast equipment rental company, overseeing various
branch locations. Bill has been trained by manufacturers such as
JLG, Genie, Grove, Terex, Mark Industries and Skyjack, and brings a
wealth of know-how to any training session. Bill's
credentials include his OSHA certification as an
authorized outreach instructor, enabling him to teach both the
OSHA 10 and 30-hour safety courses for the construction
industry. He is also a member of the American Association of Safety
Engineers.
Terry Bowen
Consultant
Mr. Bowen has worked over 30 years in the mental health field as a
counselor, risk manager, and Director of Operations for a large mental
health agency. As a certified Trainer of Trainers, he has developed
curriculum and provided training for a wide variety of courses. Terry
is a certified instructor for the Crisis Prevention Institute and a
member of the International Association of Nonviolent Crisis
Intervention Certified Instructors. He also operates a certified
training center for the American Health and Safety Institute. As an
Emergency Medical Technician, he provides training and evaluations for
the Emergency Management System, and serves as an instructor for
medical and firefighter personnel.
Thomas O’Neill
Management Consultant
Mr. O’Neill has over 28 years of business management
experience in both the transportation and hospitality industries,
including product transportation, multi-unit restaurant management and
ownership. He completed his education in human resources, training and
development at Evergreen State College. After working as vice-president
of a 100-year-old family transportation company, Tom moved into the
hospitality industry, where he spent 20 years as both a single and
multi-unit manager, and successfully owned and operated a multi-unit
restaurant enterprise. As such, Tom acted as a trainer and was often
brought into struggling restaurants as a trouble-shooter. Tom provided
business environment instruction, from management to operational
personal, in topics such as team building, time management, labor and
shift management, cost control, behavior modification, organization
skills and communications.
