Course Title: S.A.L.T.S (SAVE A LIFE AT SEA) - ADVANCED FIELD MEDICINE

Course Description:
A Coast-Guard approved course for a medic/medical officer on a commercial fishing vessel or boat in remote locations without access to an emergency medical services system. Usually, this is because the vessel is working out of the United States, in international waters, or in a third world country where there is limited access to advanced medical care facilities. This advanced field medicine course is designed to teach skills that would be performed while receiving advice from a licensed physician.
