Course Title: MANAGEMENT: MOTIVATING YOUR WORKFORCE
Location: On-site (at customer’s location)
Course Description:
This course teaches identification of individual and team motivators for the present day work force. This program helps leaders identify strengths and weaknesses within their team. It also helps managers develop tools that motivate individuals and groups tailored to company needs. Customers receive class rosters and course evaluations.
Course Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, team leaders and managers will better be able to:
- Identify individual’s key motivators.
- Identify team motivators.
- Unite individual and team motivators to accomplish team goals.
- Evaluate team productivity.
- Promote a positive work environment.
Prerequisites: None
Recommended Personnel to Attend: All team members.
Hours: 8-16 (extended group dynamic team evaluations upon request)
