Loader Training Course Title: LOADER OPERATOR (WHEEL OR TRACK)

Location: On-site (at customer’s location)

Course Description:
This course instructs equipment operators in the safety aspects, preventive maintenance, operating techniques, and proper procedures for using a wheel loader, track loader or pay loader. Instruction can be tailored for any level of experience or geared to provide evaluations for more experienced operators. Participants receive a student workbook. Customers receive class rosters and course evaluations. Loader(s) must be available for this training.

Loader training is progressive, as the instructor will introduce general maneuvers and work towards those of increased difficulty and complexity. Participants are encouraged to attempt, practice and perform instructed simulations to demonstrate their understanding of proper loader operation. Program content can be adjusted to meet particular issues or concerns, and the instructor will routinely assist individuals with sticking points.

This program may be combined with Backhoe Operator.

Please consider that a large class size combined with a single machine is not in your best interest, nor that of the participants. If a large class size is expected, we suggest splitting them into groups or having additional machines available to maintain a student/machine ratio consistent with our quality standards.

Liability Note for Managers:
"It is critical that organizations employ competent operators, and have the supportive documentation. A competent individual is one who has the knowledge, experience, and training to safely and effectively perform their duties, and can recognize hazards or potential hazards in the workplace, and has the ability to address these hazards. If your organization does not have competent operators as outlined, then your liability exposure is elevated. Please understand that experience alone or hand-me-down knowledge does not replace the foundational aspects of formal training or operator evaluations." - D. Bianchi, President
