Course Description:
No one becomes a trainer overnight. Becoming adept at training or giving presentations takes understanding, preparation and practice. Any of us can give a presentation, but being able to reach everyone in the class and ensure that everyone learns from the training is critical in today’s competitive economy. Keeping the class alive by using interactive exercises, and on track with solid preparation guarantees that the training is not wasted.

This on-site course will provide your in-house instructors with the tools and tips necessary to bring new life into your training program. It teaches new and refreshes existing instructors with the basics for establishing a successful training session. This program can be tailored to fit specific needs. Customers receive class rosters and course evaluations. Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
