MOTOR GRADER OPERATOR TRAINING
NOTE: Delivered at customers location, unless otherwise indicated.

Course Title: MOTOR GRADER OPERATOR   COURSE DESCRIPTION.pdf

Location: On-site (at customer’s location)

Course Description:
Motor Grader Safety Training can be tailored for any level of experience or geared to provide evaluations for more experienced operators. It covers safety aspects, preventive maintenance, operating techniques, and proper procedures for using motor graders in both classroom and hands-on simulations. Motor Grader training is progressive as the instructor will introduce general maneuvers and introduce those of increased complexity.

A Bianchi Group Instructor will visit your location to provide employee training and/or conduct field evaluations of each operator. Participants will be directed to attempt and practice simulations to demonstrate their understanding of motor grader operation. Program content can be adjusted to meet particular issues or concerns, and the instructor will personally assist individuals with sticking points.

Small group sizes and/or muliple machines are recommended to maintain student/machine ratios consistent with our quality standards. Motor Grader(s) must be available for this training. Customers receive class rosters and course evaluations. Participants receive a wallet card 'certificate of completion' and a copy of our proprietary MOTOR GRADER TRAINING BOOK.

Attention Managers:
Liability exposure is elevated by not employing competent operators and maintaining proof of such competence. A competent individual is one who has the knowledge, experience, and training to safely and effectively perform their duties. Experience alone or hand-me-down knowledge does not replace the foundational aspects of formal training and operator evaluations.
