Liability Note for Managers:
"It is critical that organizations employ competent operators, and have the supportive documentation. A competent individual is one who has the knowledge, experience, and training to safely and effectively perform their duties, and can recognize hazards or potential hazards in the workplace, and has the ability to address these hazards. If your organization does not have competent operators as outlined, then your liability exposure is elevated. Please understand that experience alone or hand-me-down knowledge does not replace the foundational aspects of formal training or operator evaluations." - D. Bianchi, President
