Mr. Bianchi has 30 years experience with heavy construction equipment in industries such as logging, construction, agriculture and highways. His experience enables him to provide expert analysis of heavy equipment safety & operations, rigging, excavations & trenching, including issues involving traffic control operations within Washington State. He can conduct site-specific assessments, audits, job hazard analysis, training needs analysis, safety program analysis and on-site safety audits.
